Pinot’s Palette, the leader in the paint and sip industry, is excited to need some fun charismatic art instructors as we continue to grow! Customers will follow your instruction while they paint on their own stretched canvas with acrylic paint. The ideal person for this job will have an outgoing personality, strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, positive attitude and the ability to work quickly and energetically with our team of artist.

Responsibilities include:
1) Creating and developing paintings to be taught in classes and used for promotional items.
2) Developing and executing detailed teaching methods.
3) Instructing customers in an energetic, clear and well paced manner. While encouraging creativity and creating a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
4) Assisting customers and staff members to ensure a smooth class flow and promote customer painting success through teamwork and positive attitude.

Required Skills:
1) Ability to design and execute quality, acrylic paintings in various painting styles.
2) Basic computer skills, Internet knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft word (PC or Mac)
3) Public speaking or performance skills (comfortable speaking on the microphone)
4) Time management and communication skills preferred

Education/Experience:
1) College degree in art or design related field, including graphic design
2) Some experience leading a group of people (classroom or otherwise)
3) Experience in customer service
